~Strange~ (Italy End)

     She had never seen the Italian move so fast. The moment the words had left her mouth, Feliciano had tackled her in a hug, burying his face into her hair and laughing in joy. He had been overly worried that his girlfriend would leave him for his brother, he didn't want to be left again. ___ immediately laughed too, wrapping her arms around his chest. She nearly missed the sound of the front door slamming close and string of loud, violent swears echoing in its wake. Yet, she wasn't worried about Lovino at the moment, she only had eyes for her boyfriend.

     "Vee~ I'm so glad you picked me, bella!' he chirped, 'I was so worried you were going to leave me like...I'm just so glad you're still here. I don't want anymore people leaving~"
     ___ didn't think anything about what he had said at first, "I won't leave you, Feli,' she replied, running her fingers through his hair, 'We'll stay together forever and ever, as long as you want it."
     "Aaah, ti amo, bella~"
     "I love you too, Feli~"

     He pressed his lips against the side of her face before pressing them against her own lips. ___ retaliated, kissing him back. It had been their first kiss, the one she had been so desperately waiting for. How she could have almost lost him to lust, she could not guess. Feliciano was her light in this dark time, the strangeness in her dullness. With him by her side, she could surely get through her days as a Country. When she said forever, she meant forever. Countries just don't die.

     Feliciano returned his head to rest against hers again, laying on top of her body. He was skinny, not weighing much, thankfully, but that wasn't what was bugging her about him on top. She could have sworn he had fallen asleep there not two moments later. ___ gently called out his name, only to receive a slight snore in reply. Rolling her eyes, she gently patted his head once again before closing her own eyes to drift off into a warm, gentle dream.
